Backup:
Backups of your VDS are at your option, responsibility and control. You should always perform a backup of your VDS before attempting any installations, updates or modifications. In the event of a failed change, a restoration from your own backup can be done at your discretion without incurring fees. We perform full VDS backups daily and keep the copies for 3-5 days. However we would charge EUR 30 to perform the recovery. Note: We can recover whole VDS only, we can not recover just several files or databases.
